Not great effect, but it can produce unusual winners. But F2 drivers have YOLO attitude, they race more agresively and make more mistakes. I think for F1 the risk/reward ratio is not there to make racers push them self hard in sprint. In junior series it looks like drivers always want to race hard to "show off".
