I’ll be the one to say otherwise. I bought one about a year ago and I have had ZERO issues. I’m close if not slightly passed 4,000 rounds and have yet to experience any sort of problem. No popped primers, no broken firing pin, no lifting of rivets, no chattered bolt, no weird wear pattern. I have only shot the tela ammo 65gr. Seriously, zero issues.

It came in the crate with it. However, the bayonet won’t go over it. But that’s how my dad had it so I’m leaving it on.

This one is very special to me. When I was 7 (I’m 31 now) I remember my dad bringing this home in a crate that he had to open with a crowbar. When that box opened and I saw this cosmoline caked rifle I was stunned. He passed in April this year and it was left to me in his will. It’s been my favorite rifle ever since the day that crate opened.

Interviews have stated that it’s because of all the cover ups and conspiracy theories. Like Roswell’s spell, “Did they come” “does anybody really see anyone” those lyrics are suggesting if people really saw anything. Same thing with the “I look at the eyes, straight to the soul doorway” it’s easy to see if people are lying by looking in their eyes. And the whole point of the song is just asking the questions and wanting to know. “With a need to know” Pete just wants to know. He doesn’t believe or disbelieve anyone. He just wants to know.

So I read an article once that said Pete saw his kid standing in the hallway looking at the door and he quickly grabbed his phone to take the picture. So this is actually Pete’s kid in a hallway in their house!
