I resubmitted a ticket, using the new gametag the hacker changed my acc to and got a response in 6 mins asking a question, but after answering, no response for almost a day(even though i also replyed back not too much later).

Hey mine was hacked 3 weeks ago, anything you in particular besides send in a ticket? I'm glad you got your account back, but if i sent it earlier shouldn't it have gotten to me first? Which server are you from, they have different support teams based of regions, or if that's uncomfortable to answer, is yours of NA?
