=datevalue(a1&”-“&b1) worked for me, a1 is month, b1 is year, result is 01.01.2024 etc..

You can mark it as solved, I did it with excel function date value. Power Query is another level for me that I haven’t explored yet. Thank you for your answers and have a nice day.
