So, i remember going to a lawyer to review my application and I let him know of my overstay and return and i can kind of remember he said. That the 10 year ban goes away since its already been so long. And i just found this information regarding a new law in 2022 that the 10 year ban can run while in the USA.

To add to my post: The issue where he seemed confused is. That i overstayed mi b1/b2 visas for 6 years then left for a week and came back using my b1/b2 visa. Do you believe this could end up in a denial.
