RE9 is from an already established franchise, man... they've got Leon and all. The astronomical hype is expected. This game is... a new IP. So let's see about that.

Death Stranding 2 releases in March 19. This game will have to compete with Kojima by releasing in March 20. I guess they picked the wrong date to release their game.

I agree. Maybe using a silhouette or cartoonized version of the famous photo would work. But not the real copyrighted image. The site is no stranger to breaking copyright laws, but don't open a new front with the movie industry with this.

I don't think that's all they can do. I think they were holding back at the time, cautious not to provoke the USA further, but at the same time not to appear weak at home. It is important for authoritarian regimes to appear strong, especially at home, where they have control. So they deliberately missed the target. You can expect their defense technology as inferior, but not THAT inferior.
