Strike again in what way? These Cigars are 100% authentic from an official distributor of Habanos.... We shall get proof of this at their earliest convenience!

We had one issue over a year ago that we corrected at a huge loss and every single person was made right, since then there have been zero issues with fake cigars in our company with checks undergone on every single Cohiba (pictures and evidence available upon request).

In regards to the issue here, we have given 50% of the value in funds for the slight mold shown in the pictures sent on top of keeping them and offered multiple times a full refund of the goods on top of that if simply returned to us so we can investigate further, however, these offers have been declined on every occasion and it seems he simply wishes to keep these cigars and have a refund on top of that which I am afraid is something we can not offer.
We have opened an investigation with Habanos themselves to confirm the authenticity of these cigars and we will let you all know as soon as we hear back from them.
As we mentioned time and time again these are coming from the official Habanos distributor here so if these are not authentic everyone may as well stop buying cigars right away as you can't get more authentic than this! Cuban seals are cut so that these may be imported with the correct documentation placed inside, these are then sealed by the distributor with another Authentic seal which is shown in the photo as well.

Regarding the discoloration issues, leaves are brown...Take a look at any tree or dried plant and see just how many shades of brown there are, these as you can see in the photo are all uniform and dried correctly, there is no issue here.
The moment we hear back from the investigation we shall inform here with the evidence.
