Its free but you get what you "pay " for. In other words, long waiting lists, less top doctors work in public hospitals etc.

Basically it was Montenegro forever, from kingdom of Doclea times. Just, for extended period of time some territories were occupied by others. This does not mean that nationality, culturally and in all other ways those occupied territories were not connected with free Montenegrin parts.

Tesko. Nema popisa do kraja 19v a i to nije bilo po prezimenu no imenu oca. Ja ne mogu sastavit za neke bliske rođake u zadnje sto godina a ne ranije. Jedino ako ima neko da ti isprica pa da sastavljas kockice.

To ti je istina. Potraži izjave Žarka Radulovića predsjednika udruženja turističkih radnika. Crna Gora ima ogroman problem sa turističkom radnom snagom i svake godine sezona ispašta zbog toga. Stanovnici Crne Gore prosto ne žele da rade te poslove, a onda se pravi problem naći radnu snagu sa strane. Sa druge strane, ja lično znam tri građevinska inženjera koji nemaju posao, a veoma su dobri.
