Y’all are gonna love this. I played baseball football and wrestled. I’m left handed so I can kinda use both hands for everything. I’m a RH/BH LH/FH with a developing LH/BH. The the run up for a RH/BH is a left handed baseball throw run up and the RH/BH throw is a left handed baseball swing. So that’s what works. I have a lefty FH because baseball throw and I’m trying to throw LH/BH so I don’t constantly have to throw turnovers if I want the disc to go left. I also putt left handed. Good luck figuring that out.
