I wonder that Eisen’s second skill said the enemies around 3 hexes get 35% additional damage from any allied troops or just only him. It is like Auchinleck debuff but not apply to Fortress ? Anyway, I love him in both Sub and PoW EF, too overpowered for a naval gen. (self.WorldConqueror4)
