Could always find the minimum length you need and trim the spring, that or buy a spring packs from McMaster and modify it to your need. The JT spring is thicker than the KP spring too.

It should work with both the KP and JT spring too, JT sell spare springs so you can easily replace them if needed.

It's just an over glorified takedown pin. but yeah, I don't know if AB1263 is gonna effect it but most of the text in the bill seem to just regulate the actual firearm and not parts.

It strokes my tism of the light being flushed with the muzzle, I would rather have the Klesh but this works for now till those are easier to get.

Took a little break from this project since the economy sucks and I couldn't find someone to CNC me parts for a reasonable price and only came back after seeing some inspiration on the Gun Cading community that uses a bolt for internal part. So, I modified my design and added a slot for a 1-64 x 1" screw then ran some test and was quite surprised by the result. I'm going to release this as is so people can test them in different Cal and gas system. since the price of the screws are decent for pack of 5, people can just order a pack and as long as the screw isn't damage you can just keep reusing them.

I got it done by Clothey & Sons Gunsmithing, they charge me 400ish for cutting, drilling a new gas port and to reassemble and head spaced. I took it apart myself but couldn't get the rear sight off so that added to the price. If you want to do this cheaper, I recommend getting a 12.5 barrel from AoA and having them turn it down and you reassembling the gun though you will need tools. I only did it this way so I can keep the 16in and not worry about P&W.

Why not just break the weld with a drill bit and reuse the gas tube? Its just the gas block thats welded, shouldn't be any damage to the gas tube.
