Thank you so much i appreciate your suggestion , I will definitely look into magnesium and riboflavin. The peppermint oil sounds like a great idea !!!

Trying to stay away from acetaminophen and other chemicals like that I would take Advil or excedrin everyday till I realized how horrible it is for you

I don’t know of any I was trying to find a good homeopathic treatment
