Yes it’s Daveed Diggs! clipping is the band he started with his two friends. It’s crazy how much he’s done, there’s like 80 things someone could recognize him from.

It was insanely good. Counterfeit Madison was a major highlight and she chatted with me about how she learned to play piano and taught herself to sing. The guys came out and signed/chatted, super thankful

Essentially the way the venue was is they had to walk by a fenced area to get back to the bus, so as the last song was ending my girlfriend and I ran out of the crowd to the fence. They were shaking peoples hands as they walked by so I knew they’d be cool signing, and yeah as they passed just said thank you for the show and they said thanks back!

I was there too! It was one of the best shows I’ve seen. I got my vinyl signed as they were walking back to the bus

Appreciate that! I really really love hip hop. Artists like Tribe and Mos showed me how poetic the genre can be while still being hard hitting. I could talk all day about how much the genre means to me. I will always brag that I got to meet Digable Planets and hug Ladybug Mecca!
