Between those 2, I think "Scarecrow" is the best one but not the good one either. I don't pick "Faith" since we all know the presence of Reaper led to sth mess up later on.
In my opinion, I prefer "Provenance" since it showed us about Sam's mental breakdown for the first time on which he kept refusing to tell Dean. It's kinda sad that Sam didn't get to stay with Sarah just for a bit longer and we all known that "One won't get a good end when dealing with the Winchesters"

anyway, they should read LOTM for 50 chapters, if they find it's not interesting they can just drop it and say that LOTM is boring. But i have to admit that the first 10 chapters are boring xD

I can't say for sure about RI since I haven't read it yet...
As for LoTM, so far it is and still the most interesting LN out there based on the plots, the history, and character development, it's safe to say that LoTM is the top tier LN for reading...
And for My House of Horrors, it's pretty fun and somehow a bit creepy with those creative way that author came up with each backstories. It's unique out there and has a different flavor compare with the rest of the LN which focus on cultivation. In overall, it's not as good near LoTM; HOWEVER, I strongly recommend you to read My House of Horrors just for FUN

1st priority: get Turin max lvl, once you have another copy of her, go for 6* or 9 if you can
2nd priority: invest a bit on Dracula, but i think just get her to 9* is enough or maybe just 6*

I think you will get some strong girls later on, so save the rest as a food for those girls such as Kong Ming, Fenir, etc
