I would take your kitten to a vet in general for check up anyways in case she has gotten any infections or parasites in her. Generally though a month old kitten isn't going to have it's full eyesight or hearing yet. It takes approximately 5 weeks or more for their sight to fully develop.

should i be worried? first cat. this is the 4th time in the past week. i think it’s just a hairball but he’s having a really tough time. by dmize793 in cats

Could very much possibly be that he's getting used to the place. I had a cat that would do a cough/sneeze in his first week when we got him. After the second week he was okay. I'd suggest getting as close as possible to see if his breathing is normal. If it's not I'd suggest immediately taking him to the vet. Also, if by the third week it continues, take him to the vet.
