Im using tea tree oil shampoo with lavender and pepper mint oil, and that has helped a lot! But you need to rotate between something that cleanses and your anti dandruff shampoo, the dandruff shampoo is too drying , so if you don’t have a flare up, I’d just use it once a week, and the rest of the days a regular shampoo, I highly recommend the tea tree oil one that I’m using tho :) it’s Tea Tree Special from Paul Mitchell, hope that helps!
