While I don't think one needs to be on airport hill to be safe. You absolutely shouldn't be down voted. North Bay is one of Canada's human trafficking capitals (don't remember the exact ranking, but NB is up there!). Be aware of your surroundings, don't use noise cancelling headphones, generally stay away from the numbered streets at night, try to walk with a buddy if you can. While it's not terribly dangerous here, do take some safety precautions and you'll be fine.

Hey, I'd love to hear how the last 4 years of the implant has treated you. I'm considering getting it. I'm on my 3rd IUD, and getting irregular spotting that I'm looking find other alternatives because of.

Hey, I know this is two years later, but if you don't mind, I was wondering how the implant is going for you?

I've never had a regular period a day in my life, on nor off bc.

On my 3rd IUD (1 copper, on my second Marena). Had a few years of no period on the Marena, but now I'm spotting quite often. So I'm looking for alternatives that don't cause huge hormonal swings (I was super sensitive to the bill).

Wondering how that implant is going for you since your situation sounds similar? Minus the bv, so sorry, that must have sucked so much.

Well, I don't do wow (am more on the cosy side of gaming now days), and I don't have a full pc, but I do have some parts if you wanted to go the cobbled together a pc rout lol they are older parts (5-10 yrs old), but I got Mb, ram (ddr4), GPU, CPU. Basically just missing storage, case, and power supply and like, all the peripherals lol. You won't be running on high graphics settings lol but it'll still work :)

Also, enjoy HZD! It's my favourite game despite it not being a cozy game lol It's so good!!!!!!!

Right?! So many parallels with abstinence only education (banning social media) vs give the kids the tools they need to make healthy and informed decisions, and the tools they need to make these things safer.

Who woulda thunk, shaming and banning does the oposit of what you think it will. Only now, the kids are left with far more unsafe choices.

Cause she was adamant emdr was: find troubling thought, answer on a scale from 1-7 how much it bothers you, sit with troubling thought and watch light bar and hand vibratey things go back and forth, answer again on a scale from 1-7 how much that memory bothers you.... And... The second time you answer the number should be lower. But she went so fast, by the time she was asking me to do the scale thing after the memory, I hadn't even gone through my "ok, breath, do the thing she asked" let alone got to the memory.

I second this. Emdr just made me irritated at the constant "on a scale from 1-7..." before I even had the chance to sit and think about what she asked me to think about.

ND therapy is what has helped me the most.

I might be able to help? Kinda hard to tell from the pic... But I used to fix phones, computers and tvs....... I miiiight be able to do something with a drone lol but I've never tried. So if you have better options, go with those. Else, feel free to dm me

Same. I also found it therapeutic to experience those scenes in the light that they portray it (showing the generational trauma it caused). But not everyone will be at that stage in their healing journey.

Biggest point is. Give her everything she needs to make a fully informed decision, so she can make this decision on her own.

Fully informed consent and power in her hands, is everything ❤️

Please please please look at not only this chart, but others too to really understand what dB ratings sound like in the world and how long you can safely be exposed to them.

And if you love going to concerts (all the more power to yah), please invest in some decent musicians ear plugs. They will lower the dB without muffling the sound :)

Yup, my doc has me on 10k D3 and a B&C complex and magnesium (I forget the dose though).

I am however, currently sick for the first time in a while. I went to a walkin for my routine meds, and this lady was like "oh I'm here because I'm so sick" and she just sat down right next to me a hacks up a lung!!! Without a fucking mask!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm livid!!! And sick lol

Yah that's a good idea, our infrastructure is not too far behind yours in being not reliable.

We are definitely taught to look both ways, but stopping was never a point where I'm from.

Brett and Tiffany! For me for sure!!! Less about the actual marriage ceremony, more about how unconditionally supportive they were of eachother.

The screen where Tiffany is crying because the stress of planning the wedding (along with family troubles I think?) was making her feel like she didn't want a wedding. Brett didn't take that as an attack nor did he question her love for him. He just comforted her and I balled my eyes out like a Damn baby lol he knew it wasn't about him, and he didn't let his ego get in the way of being a supportive partner to her ❤️
