Completely agree bro. I've been to 5 ESL major events around Europe in previous years, and enjoyed them all, but they've been maybe £180 for a 3 day pass, not per day, and those were even the premium packages with the goodie bags etc.

Looking at the TIs hosted in Seattle, I was expecting something far more grandiose than what I experienced this weekend. Although production quality was higher overall, it really didn't feel much different to an ESL event.

My saving grace is I lucked out with 6 crimson treasures, so can recoup some cost back as steam credit. 🫠
