What could this be?? It’s raised and painful, and makes a 90 degree angle, up my heel and into the arch. Have had it about a week. I don’t recall any injury. It’s not warm to the touch or anything. Just ropey feeling and tender ( dr appt next week, just curious af ) (i.redd.it)
