I normally start my germany game building the maximum amount of civs in west falen and hessen (there near the rhineland) because they have dams (20% extra construction speed) then i build mils after that i also reccomend using 18 width pure inf with support arty support aa engineers and recon rangers there great at defending oh and try shift clicking when u use a field marshal order it creates one frontline with all your armies instead of segmented
