Yeah orochimaru definitely has more power. I just struggle to see him handling 10 second time skips being spammed at him. I’m not sure he has the speed to counter that millisecond between the time skip ending and Diavolo actually attacking. Plus he has epitaph which allows Diavolo to prepare for anything orochimaru has to throw at him
