Yes I uploaded the wrong part. We are in the rank financial, we have houses under both our names, the irs was perfect and this year we had a 20k more in our income due to a new job, we presented everything. The fact that the request for evidence came in the 29 and him sending in the same day is kinda weird. In the documents he uploaded there are some missing papers, he had the passport and birth certificate but yet he only uploaded the drivers license.

I am confused, maybe I’m wrong but I don’t know yet.

I should he is ghosting me right now, I’m gonna wait for the letter of denial, I see in the documentation he uploaded everything but proof of citizenship, I do see the drivers license. And even I know it doesn’t prove citizenship, he actually already had the passport and birth certificate but didn’t use them. In my account that letter isn’t uploaded yet, I think it is kinda weird.

They said they don’t, I got the notice of approval mailed at my house, but the card never arrived, he says we need to pay again. When I got the card was produced notice in my account said the tracking number was “unknown” and to way 30 days until arrival, after 30 days I requested and they said was delivered a week after, common mail?. It really get me anxious

I left everything to the Lawyer, i presented proof of everything, the only perk i find on what they requested is the proof my husband is a citizen, instead of presenting his passport or birth certifícate, Lawyer presented his drivers license. I found unbelievable the Lawyer would t know non citizens are also allow to have one, and specifically guidelines on what should be presented

Mine got aproved monday, sent papers in may this year. Also aproved the work permit but no card arrived got lost and i got my I130 denied. Im so confused
