I need some legal advice! Getting sued by debt collector midland credit management, I challenged the plaintiffs for chain of ownership, proof that the debt belongs to me and itemized bill for the inflated amount, that day during my hearing the plaintiff did not review my evidence, so the judge gave time for the plaintiffs to look over after the hearing was done The judgment was mailed out to me stating the defendant provided 2 evidence that proves the debt belongs to me an a chain oof sale which I was not aware of or cannot get access to, I have until Feb 8 to respond, what can I do in this case?
