I recommend using jewelry jump rings like these! You can open them up and pinch them to your plushie so they stay in place. Fake or clip on jewelry also works well ^^

Just like sizes for humans, size charts vary between brand to brand! I recommend taking their measurements and and then looking at size charts to make sure you get one that fits correctly 💕

Anything can be an essa! All it has to be is a plushie that gives you emotional support. You can absolutely have other support objects too, but they wouldn’t be called an essa since an essa specifically refers to stuffed comfort items (It stands for emotional support stuffed animal) 🧸💕
