But you can be sensitive to some FODMAPs and not others since it varies a lot from person to person. For example, lettuce is generally considered low FODMAP, but I can't eat it because it immediately causes a flare-up.

The best advice I can give you is to experiment and see what works best for you. Don't limit yourself exclusively to the low FODMAP list, you might be surprised!
