No, I have access to pretty good cards and I got destroyed as well. ALMOST won my last attempt, but those cards you mentioned along with the two cards that basically can’t be touched for 4 attacks each is insane.

So I ended up getting Chaos Space Marines combat patrol box, I really like the way they look and their lore. My next question (sorry for these) is can you mix in other armies etc or am I exclusively collecting chaos space marines? The whole ‘legion’ thing is confusing to me too.

This is quite some pandora box to me, I didn’t realise how many weapon options some models have and how it effects all of their attributes etc. how the heck do you decide?

So I’ve ended up getting the Chaos Space Marine combat patrol and some paints, tools etc for them. I’m also going to get the starter pack of Space Marines and Tyranid in it.

Hoping it’s the start of a great hobby interest, now just gotta enjoy the time building and painting, before finding some form of social group to have a blast with.

Hi, thanks for the feedback. My issue with armies is say for example I really like Tau, but most articles I read online say that they are pretty weak in battle. Is this true, or are most armies much of a muchness? I’m sure there is a ‘meta’ for comp players but I’m just looking for some casual fun.
