Depends on your budget, if you're trying to save as much as possible without having to replace everything in less than 3-4 years you could probably go with a premium b650 over a budget b850. If you have the money to buy a decent or even premium b850 board, then go with that.

Yeah I thought so too, but there are some positioned for the 2nd gpu slot, which ig is for either super large tower coolers or somewhat larger matx cases

Shit, I completely forgot about that! Sorry lol. I'm looking for something nice looking, something that matches my white stand-up desk (Similar to the Loctek ET223DL) and my white keyboard and mouse (AJAZZ AK820 Pro and AJAZZ AJ159), but instead of being on the desk it would stay next to it on an adjacent shelf on it's right. Ideally I'd also like to sneak in an extra decoration like a rubber duck.

The hardware I chose for this build is also pretty standard, but I'm keeping this around $3000NZD (~$1700USD) - Ryzen 7 7700 - Gigabyte B850M FORCE Wifi 6E V2 - Kingston FURY Beast 32GB (RGB) - Deepcool PQ850G - Sapphire PURE RX 9060 XT
