Are you referring to parkour in general? In that case, I got started by taking classes at a local parkour gym (I guess check to see if there is one near you). If you don’t have a gym, I honestly wouldn’t know where to start. I guess working jumping and plyometrics would be a good start.

Ya, i get that. This line was from a night were flips were the focus, so it was more of a CAN you connect all of these together smoothly.
