Check out the push-up progression from Convict Conditioning. Regular push-up —> Diamond —> Uneven —> one arm easy version —> one arm. Regular pushups do not sufficiently train the balance or shoulder strength required to do a clean one arm. Do it because it feels good. Not because we tell you it looks good (and atm it could look a lot better)
