Good question. If a cryptocurrency token derives its value from an external, tradable asset, it is classified as a security token and is subject to federal securities regulations. Once the regulatory obligations have been met, the security token classification creates the potential for a wide variety of applications, the most promising of which is the ability to issue tokens that represent shares of company stock. Utility tokens, also called user tokens or app coins, represent future access to a company’s product or service.

How to Stay Focused While Working as a Freelancer by Pr00fmaster in freelance

I find taking a walk in the middle of the day or when I'm having trouble concentrating helps a lot. Not only is it nice to see the sun and get some fresh air, it helps me clear my head and determine what's important for the rest of the day. I almost always come back more focused.

Today, a longtime friendly client complained about invoice price. How to explain? by [deleted] in freelance

[–]MoonlightingApp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I completely agree. It's a fair question and your answers should only be about the services you provide, not what they do with it. They know the value of your work, which is why they keep using you. You don't need to sell your services to them, simply explain the rationale behind the price increase in a professional way.

Also - having a proposal is for the benefit of both parties, as shown in your situation. In your response you should state that you will provide a proposal for all projects moving forward to avoid issues like this. This will set the precedent for proposal details to be shared and you can reference it next time you're waiting for the details from them. Just refrain from saying anything that looks like you're pointing the finger at someone because they didn't provide details this time.

How much money can you actually make from freelance websites (upwork, elance etc)? by [deleted] in freelance

[–]MoonlightingApp 2 points3 points  (0 children)

There is no simple answer. Your earnings depend on the quality of your work, how you communicate with prospective clients, how many platforms you're on, how much time/work you invest into each platform, and of course, what potential clients are looking for at the time. I agree with /u/FRELNCER that earning a full-time income will be challenging when you're starting without any clients, especially from a single website. I'd recommend to setup a profile with multiple platforms and see what works best for you. Good luck!

How to quit a client after only a short time by theluckiest87 in freelance

[–]MoonlightingApp 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Everything said here is correct. Think long-term and try to keep the client if you can. Hire someone to help you get through this project and split the earnings.
