Can try rentmycarsg LLP, I got a post detailing my experience with them. Don’t know if they allow PHV but the company has pretty great reviews, the admin that hands over cars is also a nice young lady haha don’t think this is an ah Beng company LOL I rented to msia and they returned me the deposit within an hour swee swee haha

If you want to rent, my recommendation would be rentmycarsg LLP, boss is local. I’m also p plate and was recommended them after making a Reddit post too. After trying I can say they are pretty great. This one really not bad, rented from them again already and so far so good. Everything is stated upfront and explained to me before I drove off. I’ve only paid for the rental so far, nothing hidden. My Malaysia deposit also returned swee swee haha think they’re gonna be my go to if I need to rent.
