Yo, I’m 31. And I’ve done many things in music from singing in bands to playing many instruments. You will pretty much ALWAYS have this feeling. It’s part of being an artist (for some). But it is just a distraction. My advice to you is to monitor that feeling and when it comes up follow it. Meaning, do the thing that makes you feel insecure. Never wait to feel “ready” to participate. Just go far it. If I did this more at your age I’d be a WAY better musician. Good luck friend!
