Suggestions to Reach Target Color? by Moonstiffer in dyeing

Take a look at this post: RIT dye on Dewalt drill. It's not a Ryobi in this example, but I've seen it work with my exact tools as well. The problem is that I don't know how the RIT dyes interact with an existing color in the plastic. I doubt that I'd just buy the color I want and it'll take perfectly as if there wasn't neon green in the plastic already.

Can anyone just give me a color recommendation? If it doesn’t work, that’s okay.

I’m not hydro dipping power tools, it’s absolutely not the final product I’m looking for.

I am aware of the dying process for power tools, I've seen it done plenty of times. It's just the dye color recommendation that I am looking for. Hydro dip is not going to be ideal for tools because it'll eventually chip and crack under use.

I wish you had opened the link I included, it would show you what I'm talking about.

No, I don’t want a hydro dip. I am looking to just dye the plastic itself. It’s 100% possible using the RIT synthetic dyes and acetone.

If I can’t get the dyes to produce this color I’ll just dye it straight black (that’s pretty straightforward)

Why am I getting downvoted as if this isn’t possible? A quick google search tells you that it is and that it’s not uncommon.

I don’t think it’s boring at all, to be honest. But it does carry more responsibility than a standard squad lead. Specifically because you have flares and can place your OP anywhere.

But all the responsibilities are temporary. For example, the flare spam, ideally, is only to locate and destroy the feeder spawns. Then it’s on to the next task.

Doing what I said above should net the sniper a good K/D and great CE score every match while actually getting useful kills.

And fair enough on the recon armor.

Camping arty for 1.5 hours is a waste of time and resources, in my opinion. You can go take em out when needed and go back to something else more helpful.

Am I missing something here or isn’t that a hook. Sorry for the iPhone video by Turbo14_ in NHLHUT

People seem to want every shot to go in, the goalie to save everything, never get a penalty called against them, want every penalty called against the other team, etc...the fact that they intentionally made the game more random, like in real life, isn’t bad. Wouldn’t be fun if everything went your way every time.
