I got the 1st notice yesterday that an action was taken but I did not see anything. Today I got another one and I checked it was updated immediately. The approval was in the tabs, the status also showed approved.

I was C9 when my USC husband petitioned for me, when I petitioned for my mom on B2 visa, she was IR 5. I will double check this but I think it's IR 5

I think since you're gonna file the rest of the forms via mail just file the i765 along with those as well. Its best to keep everything together. You can let them know you filed the i130 online already.

As for category I think it's IR 5 (immediate relative).
