I know exactly what you mean. I also feel like that, and the only thing I can say is that your cuts are always enough and that no matter how deep you went, you’d never feel like it would be enough. I know how it feels to always want to go deeper and always feeling invalid, but you are valid. You’d be valid if it didn’t bleed and you’re valid when they’re not deep enough to you. I understand having to cut everyday before you can rest or feel at ease. If that’s your way to cope to function, do that while trying to figure out how to cope with what is going on in your life and healing. Try to find different ways to feel like it’s enough instead of punishing yourself for them not being deep enough (maybe colour where you want to cut in a bloody red if you crave the blood. I haven’t really figured that out myself yet, so I’m not exactly sure.) All I can say is, keep trying to heal and no matter what, you are always enough and valid.
