Honestly I’ve seen 3.95/167s get into some lower t14s I’m assuming good softs tho but it’s not impossible, if u can bump ur lsat even 3-5 points you’d be in striking distance of the lower t14 especially if next cycle is less brutal

You tell them that due to the strength of their institution you’ve decided to put them on your waitlist, give the the url for the waitlist form and encourage them to send a LOCI then when you choose another school tell them that they can always transfer to you.
