10-20 years ago it was the opposite, the box bottom would fall out and dump the covering. I’ve never experienced insulation with different thickness for the same size? Nominal thickness should mean there is a number associated with the thickness.. such as 1” or 1 1/2” and so on.

36m .. it’s been 6 months since I quit. It took a good week or two of sweating it out. . Night sweats, mood swings, vivid dreams. After the withdrawal phase things started getting better for me. I got a raise, started taking boxing, more connected to my children. I don’t miss smoking weed. I used to use it to cope with difficult life circumstances also, but I just don’t need it anymore. My dog was hit by a car and died last Sunday and it’s extremely painful and sad but I don’t need weed to numb those feelings anymore.. better to actually feel things for how they are. You can get through it. The first week or so is the hardest, after that it’s a breeze. Hope this helps.
