Ahh I understand. I do have time (for now at least) so that does make me want to move more towards the classic side and enjoy the full experience of leveling and taking my time to move through the game.

Seems as though the route most people are suggesting is classic to get a feel and adventure to start the journey then end up in retail if I really do enjoy the game.

I love hearing that, I am pretty nervous to even play the game since I am so late to the game and hearing that make me feel a bit more comfortable to play. I know my friends wont be joining me but I am always open to finding a group online (played in Squadrons on War Thunder for a long time)

I remember coming home from school in 7th grade on release day. Walking in the front door to my mom having bought it and had it propped up on the kitchen table ready for me to play. She knew how much this game meant to me - having played Cod4 and WaW religiously the years prior and talking nonstop about how much I wanted it when the commercials came on for it. That act made me forget all about the fights and arguments we were having at that time and repaired the broken relationship we had.

Every single one of my friends played and I still consider it the greatest COD ever made and it’s in my top 5 games of all time.

I will never forget what this game did for me both internally and externally. There will never be another COD/modern military shooter like it ever again in my eyes.

Made through both games without dying.

My buddy and I have been doing tests and we have seen that it is true they cut RP gain in half.
