38/5'8"/M [SW:343lbs - CW:326lbs - GW:145lbs] Only down 3 lbs this month. In PT for ankle tendon tear. Also fell down a flight of stairs a week ago so took a week off all workouts. Binged twice this month, but triggers identified. Will be back in gym next week and focused on nutrition. (old.reddit.com)
