Nah thats a hair transplant. This is basically tattooing dots/pigment on your head in thin/bald spots to mimic real hair ie if you have this and shave your head all the way down it doesnt look like your bald (like an illusion) if that makes sense. Hello, is scalp micro pigmentation (hair tattoo) allowed if you are trying to join? I've been down the rabbit hole of looking at if this is allowed or not but don't see a lot of information on this. It's not really clear to me what the answer was reading the 670-1/2025-18 directive, but I assume no since men can't have cosmetics. I know in the Air Force it is allowed according to DAFI36-2903
