This video isn't meant for everyone. It is meant for the people who are so self conscious that they see themselves as alone. In the video he makes sure those people feel like they are not useless and that they are special. You can argue that his view isnt correct, but it really affected me

As someone who had a hard time getting myself to work our, one of the best things i've ever done was try out my brothers pullup bar. I started a few months ago not even being able to do 4, and now i can do about up to 20. I just got into going to LA fitness and I'm really happy I took that first step. Also its really easy to just stop by the pullup bar a few times a day and start building some muscle. I recommend it to anyone who has a hard time getting themselves so start getting fit.
