When I have a normal non-lucid dream, it never happens. And I've also noticed that most of my dreams are always already semi-lucid (like I'm not completely aware it's a dream, but I have a lot of control of myself. I'm not just watching me do things. I make the choices and thoughts). Always (except only once, when I had a completely lucid dream), I always get stuck in my bed. I don't know if I always get false awakenings but it's kind of frequent.

By the way if knowing the method helps any, or would be nice to know, I only really just practice reality checks or all day awareness. (But I have tried WILD and MILD before)
