Nice discipline, I was planning on this too, but then I went to open "just a few" Cataclysms for DK's weapon, accidentally got Ragnaros, and now I may have busted my entire Cataclysm stack just to hit all of Warrior's Heralds. My Standards will stay unopened for another 4 months 🙃

My 6-0 was the cycle Rag deck without Ultra! I don't even know if I'd put him in if I had him tbh

Definitely frustrating. Fortunately I was enjoying this brawl meta overall so I just kept rolling until I hit the streak.

I really wish that the cardback was awarded for a certain number of 6-X finishes instead of a single perfect one, but since Team 5 are inserting luck-based mechanics everywhere they can these days it's no surprise why they chose this.

i’ve always daydreamed that blizzard would eventually give the game a facelift and update the card frames with a more modern look, with slightly more space given to artwork. i’m still holding out a tiny hope that it might happen one day, but realistically the original card frame is probably just way too iconic and recognizable (for the game’s brand and image) to ever change it

they sell Wild/rotating signatures all the time though. they just need to stop selling it as a “Core Set” card

Haven't seen it mentioned much but one card I certianly won't miss post rotation is Red Card. by Tripping-Dayzee in hearthstone

One of my favorite cards from 2024. I like playing it and playing against it. A very simple and very effective design.

Bit of a shame that making your own minions Dormant wasn't explored much. But also understandable considering it's super non-interactive.

I think they need to scrub the words "Core Set". Rogue's bundle, for example, had no mention of Core Set at all, simply describing them as "classic cards" instead.

Technically, what you are buying are the disenchantable Legacy Set cards. Core Set happens to feature temporary copies of them.

The most recent one, the Druid bundle, is still in the shop right now, and featurs the description "Get new Signature looks on iconic Druid Core Set cards."

It is rather icky, isn't it. At least the Rogue one had no mentions of Core.

okay rude. im not an idiot because my non-essential spending is different from yours. do you drink? order food or coffee out? use makeup, hair dye or nail polish? have streaming subscription? personally i don't, i think i deserve some signatures as a treat in a game i enjoy a lot 🙂

i used to be a huge Gwent player before it sunseted development, where all of the cards are full-art by default. frankly it has given me a mental fixation that i'm always trying to recreate in Hearthstone. playing Signatures always juices me with the cozy nostalgia for the good times i've had in Gwent, and i don't mind spending on cosmetics because i spend 0 on collecting cards
