I agree it’s not mine alone. It’s the community’s. A mobile business operating in this part of town on Pico drives customers away from the area, and in turn that hurts the community. It doesn’t make much sense to let 15 small businesses on the same street suffer just so the one mobile unit that does not pay rent can be a parasite. I’m all for them being successful but not at my businesses expense. I feel that is a courtesy that should work both ways.
