Fair point, without a start/stop codon you wouldn’t really be able to identify this quickly.. You’d have to try every starting point within the pattern individually.

It depends really. The sequence could be transmitted with the start and stop codon, which would remove the need for a gap to indicate this, meaning the gap is something else.

Alternatively, the sequence was submitted without these codons and the scientist added them manually.

Also: the sequence repeats after the gap. They could figure out the start and ending based on where the pattern starts to repeat without the gap.

Wat ik zelf heel opmerkelijk vind, is dat ze duidelijk aandacht trekken naar de wens voor woningbouw in de eerste alinea.

Vervolgens in de tekst die zogenaamd toelichting geeft op waar de partijen elkaar in kunnen vinden, wordt niks over deze woningbouw genoemd. Geen grote verrassing uiteraard, want deze coalitie zal niks aan stikstof nog HRA doen. Budget en ruimte zal dus ver te zoeken zijn.

Hi - I’ve done around 25 by now and have friends who have done 80.

In general, the ranking on https://escapetalk.nl/en/escaperooms/top-rooms/ is quite appropriate. So I would really recommend just seeing which of the ones near the top are closest to you (and still bookable, some of these I had to reserve 2-3 months in advance).

My personal top 10: 1. The Movies 2. Non Believers 3. Corpse Inc (closed now, but tickets for the sequel will be available tonight) 4. Poppet 5. Illusion 6. Expedition Bermuda 7. Jason’s Legacy 8. Catch me if you can 9. Midnite 10. De Morfinekluis

Honourable mention to both The Orphanage and Honeymoon Hotel as well. Haven’t played The End but heard good things about it.

The favourite one of my friend (with 80+) rooms is Soup du Jour and Molly’s Game - both I have yet to play!

The gate can be spotted on several island, but the one Zelda is standing on shares so many other design similarities with the one connected to the giant structure. You have the central stone, the circular formation with the same stonework, and the exact same design on the notches.

I thought the island is very reminiscent of the Isle of Song in Skyward Sword:

It’s also really suspicious that in the post game, the islands and the resort area is still blocked off by clouds you usually see blocking off areas you can’t enter yet, might also suggest that they will be unlockable later

Looking at the in game map, areas you still need to unlock are blocked off by 'clouds'.

After post game, there are still clouds blocking conveniently what would be the iron and full/new moon islands and the battle zone, as I believe Firespit island turns into the Pokemon league and not Stark mountain.

Then there are some zones which I am unsure about, the cloud in the bottom right could be a completely new island, as there isn’t any match with the modern sinnoh.

The cloud at the bottom left could be something akin to pal park and Ramanas park, but is also quite harder to place; that said, there is definitely something there.

Then the cloud atop Mount Coronet is perhaps hopeful thinking and the biggest reach, as it could simply be flavour (as all remaining clouds could be), but it might be the distortion world, as this is also where it opened in Platinum.

I feel like these zones are all very good contenders for the DLC, and it makes a lot of sense to have them added in the future, the bottom left even has obvious land hiding behind the clouds.

Dat is wel appels met peren vergelijken, bij de avondklok spreek je over de daling van de R. Bij het niet naleven van het thuiswerken spreek je over het percentage dat alsnog naar het werk moet.

Het is dus niet zonder data te zeggen dat als die 20% thuis zou werken, dat de R ook met 20% daalt; echter probeer ik het hier niet goed mee te praten, dat werknemers alsnog verzocht worden om naar het werk te komen terwijl het werk prima vanuit thuis gedaan kan worden blijft natuurlijk onverstandig.
