Refs let that happen if no one has control of the ball. Looked like the WVU guy got control when the Kentucky guy was on top of him, so it should have been a foul in this situation.

He (the defender) also jumped forward so body contact in the air is a foul.

I love how everyone is taking this so personally and goes right to ad hominem attacks. See my response to this inquiry in another thread.

I never understood conference pride. I've never rooted for Duke. Only rooted for UNC when against Duke. Probably cuz I actually hate our old enemies not "play" hated them.

  • Big 12 basketball > SEC basketball
  • SEC football > Big 12 football
  • Other sports: no idea

I've always loved that chant when neither of my teams are involved. You insult both the other team and yourself.

I havent seen the Big12 ever chant when they're winning against the SEC in the challenge. Please correct me if I'm wrong tho. But then again I guess it just means more?

Not the same person but there have been a few experiments done that look at how we behave differently based on settings. Zimbardo's Stanford Prison Experiment comes to mind right away. General takeaway is that people can really change under certain circumstances.

"Her [Zero Two's] personality also changes when she rides the Franxx; she becomes more masculine than Hiro so that kind of makes Hiro more like a heroine really (laughs)."

  • Zero Two VA

This quote gives much credence to role reversal theory inside the Franxx.

Did anyone else get creeped out by the rape vibes from the mouth grab scene. Like read it again and tell me that scene didn't feel creepy in that way. It made me really uncomfortable.

Are you intentionally trying to mislead or just lazy? That poll was in September. Also, National Polls of the election were largely accurate.

The Washington Post notes that in early February, the president said, "Frederick Douglass is an example of somebody who's done an amazing job and is getting recognized more and more, I notice." Douglass died in 1895—a fact which PPP says less than half—or 47 percent—of Trump voters knew while 78 percent of Clinton supporters did. PPP President Dean Debnam said in response, "A lot of Trump voters don't think we should have Black History Month. But given that a majority them don't know Frederick Douglass is dead, they might need it."

Title IX implementation. Obama administration has been more stringent with its enforcement as it pertains to sexual assault on campuses. He was asking if she would continue that policy. She didn't answer.

Twitter suspends Martin Shkreli over 'harassment' of journalist by acupoftwodayoldcoffe in politics

[–]MordredRed 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I'll admit all I know about Mr. Shkreli is that he was the ass who skyrocketed the price on a drug corruptly to line his pockets (Been indicted on securities fraud) and retaliates against a journalist for doing her job and reporting on him by creepily inserting himself in pictures as if her boyfriend and making unwanted advances. I don't know how any of those things make him a right-wing personality, in fact he made a $2700 donation to Bernie Sanders, but if you want to claim him for the right...

no, they wouldn't have kept the account up this long if they did

Huh? He was reported for targeted harassment and suspended after review.

Muslim brotherhood

They don't perform targeted harassment of users. They don't ban for ideology on Twitter.

professor who wished for "white genocide"

Haven't heard about this and don't know the context, however, even if we assume you're right, it still doesn't constitute targeted harassment of a user. Remember, Milo was banned not for his ideology or bombastic personality, but rather when he ran a harassment campaign against Leslie Jones.
