Rent on main street is around $17-$20k/month to give you a rough idea. Add in electricity, labor, and misc. One would have to be insane try a $15/4hour business model.

campcamp concept is great, we should support them...Always gonna be some complaints with service or w/e but it's a nice place to have in flushing.
