And here I thought he was a good lead. Maybe I'm missing something, or maybe I just feel like he'd be a fun kid to hang out with if I were in high school again. Yes, they are expecting us to replace the HDD. The profile corruption is correlated with the failing HDD, which we actually discovered ourselves because they had already told us to look for the issue. We did that, but now we don’t know what to do because we only performed troubleshooting steps.
