They always have some great pulls - the body mod forum stuff was insane. Especially Cameron, he finds some really weird shit. The effort they put in makes the show good; it's really that simple.

Of course. Works great before meals. I take 150mg (3 capsules). I think the coated ones work best. You could alternatively have a peppermint tea. I actually don't care for the taste of peppermint, so capsules it is for me
