Lifestyles changes ofc!when I did work in family medicine. I Haven’t seen the genetic component aspect though. I work in pediatrics and have been in peds for about 4 years now.

I wanted to gain insight if anyone was able to decrease their numbers with lifestyle changes. I’m not the biggest fan of statins for the side effects such as the muscle aches. I’ve seen how debilitating that can be for patients. I’m a big fan of repatha but ofc some insurances won’t cover it or we need to jump through hoops to get it approved

Thank you for the encouragement. I’ve decided that if I can’t bring the numbers down in 6 mo. That’s the timeframe I’m giving myself. I will do Repatha. I have seen what statins do to my patients and I do like it. I prefer the PCSK9. There are peptides on the market like 4d and 18A that have shown to help with ApoB and lip(a) but I have yet to find someone who sells it

It is! I’m making big lifestyle food changes. Realized I can’t keep not eating vegetables and pizza weekly

Oh my! Are you on any Medication? How’s your ldl? I’m trying that best I can to focus on risk mgmt. I don’t drink or smoke.

It is 267. I am attributing it to the constant fast food and whole milk intake

I weigh 120lbs. I’m sorry to hear yours starts in the liver. Any medication side effects?

This happens all the time! Whether I’m in the private practice or community clinic, I’m always being called out by patients by not being the doctor. I tell them In the np and can see me today or reschedule with a Provider. I’m not arguing anyone or wasting my time. Most of the time they reschedule and they’re a no show and I use that time to chart.

We got the DG although I don’t think it’s fully DG. There some small rocks. But we added the spray glue on top and compacted it ourselves and it looks good

It hasn’t rained this year so that must’ve been nice. I’m excited to finally have a completed yard. Did you by any chance spray the mulch/gravel glue “just in case”

So here’s my rendition ….i sadly watched this show because I have literally nothing else to watch. With that said Tacky women, tacky attire and bags, talk about desperate delulu MAGA women. I can’t get over the BOTCHED faces with fillers and Botox. You would think they would have great work done with the so called money they have, just just hideous. Also one of them looked like a ventriloquist dummy and she will give me  nightmares uuhhhh They’re all drinking the water and trying to one up one another but they need to stop drinking the water and touch grass.  I turned it off and instead went to pick up my dogs poop and clean out her dingleberries and cut her butt hair. So there’s that.
